The wheel enters the machine, the hub clamps close, but the wheel does not turn.
- First, navigate to TEST > TEST NIPPLE MOTORS
- Scroll down with the cursor to 'test motor wheel turn', press ENTER > press F8 > and press the plus arrow. The rim driver rollers [1] will begin to turn
- If the wheel turns, the motor, the driver and relays are functioning properly, so there's no need to replace or check anything related to the motor.
- The next step is to check the sensors on the nipple hand arms
- Check the position of all sensors; the machine will only operate if all sensors are in the correct positions.

If you have identical machines, compare them to identify any discrepancies
If not, before starting the automatic process, use test machine sequence to verify these steps.
- The sensor in the hub clamps ( with a wheel inside) should be off
- The sensor in the photo number 1 must be off and only lights up when the nipple's hands are tightening the nipples.
