When the wheel comes into the process area, the ''wheel stop'' activates, but nothing happens.
This problem is characterized by the following situation:
The wheel comes into the process area, hits the wheel stop sensor, and instead of the machine starting the process, the machine remains stopped, waiting for something else.
The input rail system has a sensor responsible for detecting if a wheel is present. When this sensor remains activated, the machine understands that the wheel is still in place and needs to move into the working area. This is why the machine remains stopped.
Once this sensor is deactivated by the movement of the wheel, it should return to the standard position, which means:
- When a wheel is present, both the orange and green lights should be on.
- When no wheel is present, only the green light should be on.
