      Robot SG - Set zero position for nipple keys

      Aligning the nipple keys is essential after maintenance or nipple hand replacement to ensure smoothness and avoid scracthes on the wheel.

      After positioning the nipple hands, it's essential to set the "0" position flag so that the nipple key slots match the slots on the nipple hands. Follow these steps:

      Accessing test menu:

      • Access the "TEST NIPPLE MOTORS" menu.

      Procedure:

      1. Press <START>. This will initiate a one-revolution clockwise rotation of the "0"-position-discs on the left and right. Wait until the LED's of the sensors (1) light up again.

      2. Loosen the fixing bolts of the "0"-position-discs (2). Rotate them on the drive shafts to align the nipple keys with the slots on the nipple hands. Be sure to tighten the bolts securely after making adjustments.

      3. Press <START> again and confirm that the nipple keys are now correctly positioned. If the alignment is still not accurate, repeat the procedure as needed.

      These straightforward steps will ensure the proper alignment of the nipple keys with the nipple hands.
