      Robot DC- How to set zero position nipple key

      • Align the Nipple Key Slots with Nipple Hand Slots
        After placing the nipple hands, adjust the "0" position flag so that the nipple key slots align with the nipple hand slots. Follow these steps:

      • Test the Nipple Motors

        • Access the "TEST NIPPLE MOTORS" menu and press the designated button.
        • The "0" position discs, both left and right, will rotate one full revolution clockwise. The LED sensors (3) should light up again once the discs complete their rotation.

      • Verify the Flag Stopping Position

        • Ensure that the flag stops precisely in the center of the sensor (1).
        • If the position is incorrect, adjust the "timer zero pos." setting (default value is 7) and press the button to retest.

      • Align the Nipple Key Slots

        • Loosen the fixing bolts of the "0" position discs (2).
        • Rotate the discs over the drive shafts until the nipple key slots align perfectly with the nipple hand slots.
        • After alignment, remember to securely tighten the bolts.

      • Verify the Nipple Key Position

        • Press the designated button again to check if the nipple keys are in the correct position.
        • If the alignment is still incorrect, repeat the steps above.

      • Fine Adjustment

        • Use bolt (4) for any necessary fine adjustments after setting the disc.

      • Final Step

        • Mount the protection discs after completing the alignment.
