Robot DT- Radial angle nipple hands
The nipple hands should be able to turn easily around each pair of spokes, and therefore adjust to the average spoke angle.
• Place the nipple hands so that the short side of the "V" shape is directed slightly downward (3° to 5° approx. This is done by loosening bolt (1).
• Put both nipple hands inside via “TEST OUTPUTS”.
• Adjust the max. radial angle with bolt (2) and (3). Angle facing to outside of wheel must be 12°. Angle facing inside must be 20°.
• Grease inside of blade springs.
• Do this for both sides.
