Robot DT- Adjusting height position

  1. Initial Setup

    • Use a wheel to set the sensors to accommodate the highest rim available, with the standard maximum size of 32mm.
  2. Access the Test Menu

    • Navigate through the menu to select "TEACH IN A NEW WHEEL" and "LOAD WHEEL / ADJUST MACHINE."
  3. Place the Wheel

    • Insert the wheel into the machine and adjust the hub clamp height accordingly. Once properly adjusted, press the designated button to confirm.
  4. Rim Clamp Position Adjustment

    • Adjust the "RIMCLAMP POSITION" so that the rim drive rollers are positioned 2mm above the rim.
  5. Align the Spoke Sensor No. 1

    • Ensure that the transmitter and receiver of spoke sensor No.1 are aligned horizontally.
    • Adjust the height so that the red LED (1) turns ON when a 2mm Allen key (2) is placed just below the rim (refer to the image for guidance).
