Robot DT- Rim clamp or Rim table is overpassing the position and never stop
During automatic mode, it can be noticed that the hub clamp and the upper table move upwards. A strange noise can be heard, and the machine does not start the automatic process.
At this point, use the stepping motor test option to better identify the cause of the problem.
From the machine's main screen, go to Test.

Now go to the test stepping motors option.

After entering, the next screen will appear.

This program is used to check that the stepping motors are operating correctly and turn in the correct direction. Place the cursor in front of the line of your choice, then press to activate the function.

Motor height rim clamp unit
The Height Rim Clamp Unit sensor is located on the upper part, behind the table.

If the function to lower the table is activated, it will be easy to identify.
For better visualization, there is an access point on the machine that allows the sensor to be reached. This is the only way to access the sensor.

Adjust sensor ( 1) distance to 1mm if not correct. Grease spindles from top to bottom on different height positions with white grease.

Motor height hub clamp unit
The sensor is located at the rear part of the hub clamp.

The access point to the sensor is the same location mentioned in the previous topic.

Adjust sensor distance to 0,5mm if not correct. Grease spindles from top to bottom on different height positions with white grease.
After adjusting both sensors, the problem should be resolved.
