- Turn the main switch (located on the right rear door) to the “ON” position. The following will happen:
- The white voltage pilot lamp will light up.
- The computer will start up, and text will appear on the screen.
- Press the green START button (A).
At this point, if there is an issue with the air pressure, the machine will display a message on the screen:
"Air pressure too low"
This message only appears in the start menu when the compressed air is turned off, or if the machine's air pressure does not reach 5 bar due to a leak, or if the line air pressure is lower than the machine’s air pressure. (The yellow warning light will flash.)
Check the following:
- The air stop valve is open.
- There is pressure in the supply network.
- There are no leaks in the machine.
Adjustments:
- Adjust the air pressure to 5 bar (1).
- Set the Slow Start (2) to 2 seconds.
- Adjust the pressure switch cutoff (3) to 3.5 bar.
- Make sure nothing is blocking the air passage.
