Robot DC- Adjust axial position nipple hand

● Move the cursor to "NIPPLEHANDS ON SPOKES" and check whether the nipple keys are firmly on the nipples. If necessary, move the cursor one line up and down.

● Be sure that the spoke angles are correct adjusted.

● Loose the bolt (1).Tilt bearing block (2) back and forth and set bolt (1) in the center of the free
movement. This corresponds with distance (3).

● This free movement of approx. 3 mm is necessary to enable the nipple keys to allow for deviations in the resistance of the nipple holes. Spring (4) pushes in the nipple hand during contact with the spoke.

● Check again that the nipple key fits tightly on the nipples by moving the cursor up and down a line. If necessary, repeat the procedure. Make sure the up and down movement of the nipple
hands are not blocked.
