Robot DC- Hub Clamps

1.Hubclamp in-out speed (1) (2) (3) (4) can be fast on return and a bit slower on extension because of contact with the wheel axle.

  1. Axle not in Axleclamp sensor S1X11 & S2x11
  2. When the hub clamps are closed adjust the distance between the finger and hub block should be 4mm (5).This is adjusted with cylinder’s stroke length(6).
  3. Set up S1X11& S2X11 use 5mm hex key in opening and => activate the clamp = Red LED lights up (7).
  4. Use 6mm hex key in opening and => activate the clamp = Red LED goes dark(8). e. Remove hex key and => activate clamp = Red LED should light up(9).
  5. After adjust do not forget fix the sensors.
