Robot DC- Hub Clamps
1.Hubclamp in-out speed (1) (2) (3) (4) can be fast on return and a bit slower on extension because of contact with the wheel axle.
- Axle not in Axleclamp sensor S1X11 & S2x11
- When the hub clamps are closed adjust the distance between the finger and hub block should be 4mm (5).This is adjusted with cylinder’s stroke length(6).
- Set up S1X11& S2X11 use 5mm hex key in opening and => activate the clamp = Red LED lights up (7).
- Use 6mm hex key in opening and => activate the clamp = Red LED goes dark(8). e. Remove hex key and => activate clamp = Red LED should light up(9).
- After adjust do not forget fix the sensors.
