      Robot DC-The rim driver and nipple keys opening and closing.

      When the wheel is inside the machine, the nipple keys and the rim drive keep opening and closing all the time.

      When this happens, check the instructions below the video

      Why does this happen?

      The machine cannot determine if there is a wheel inside the working area, so it behaves this way—opening and closing the rim drive and nipple keys.

      When this happens, check the following situation 

      • Check the “wheel stop.” (2). When the wheel enters, it must touch the wheel stop and activate this sensor. If this sensor is not activated, the machine will behave like in the video as well, opening and closing the rim driver and nipple key 

      This sensor works as follows:

      • Green light on: the sensor is powered and functioning.

      • Green and orange lights on: the sensor is performing its function, detecting what it is programmed to detect.
