      Robot DC- Non-correct wheel between hub clamps

      Wheel is rejected whit this message : Non correct wheel between hub clamps

      • Check the hub clamps. The wheel might not be fitting properly, or the hub clamp sensor could be loose or malfunctioning.

      • The sensor is located precisely in the cylinder clamps and should normally not activate any lights. If the light is activated, the machine interprets this as the wheel not being properly positioned between the hub clamps.
      • Some bicycle hubs use an adapter because they are too short. Check that this adapter is not loose and hitting the ends of the hub clamps, which could prevent the wheel from fitting correctly
