      Lacing ECL- Adjusting screwdriver

      • Make sure that correct screwdriver and nipple block are installed 

      • Temporary remove nipple filling station above nipple block.

      • In TEST OUTPUTS extend stroke 1 and stroke 2.

      • Adjust screwdriver and needle length using jig (1).

      • Turn screwdriver by hand and check if it remains steady. If not, use 4x bolt (2) to center the screwdriver.

      • In TEST OUTPUTS switch ON screwdriver motor to see if the nipple block doesn’t vibrate. If it does, switch OFF the motor and repeat the centering procedure.
