• Adjust the Needle Pulse sensor (1), so it
is activated only on edges of the
hexagonal part of the screwdriver.
• Move the sensor back (towards the
motor), so it is no longer activated, but
only when the needle is pushed in app.
1,5mm.
• In main menu select a previously edited rim and go to “LACE WHEEL” menu <1>.
Machine will adjust itself for the appropriate rim.
• Change the number of turns for the first round of lacing to 60 (use the arrow
keys).
• Press Service button. Machine will measure the rim and stop waiting for spoke in
the spoke guide.
• If there is no nipple in the nipple block, press Service button twice.
• Take a single spoke and press against the spoke guide. The screwdriver will turn
the nipple onto the spoke.
• The top of the spoke must at even level with the bottom of the nipple slot. Correct
if necessary, by moving the Needle Pulse sensor respectively and check again.
• Change the number of turns for the first round to previous value.
