Please follow a few steps. - Open the electrical panel on the right side at the top, you'll find a small aluminum box. Ensure that the multimeter is set to the correct setting, specifically the 20V range in DC voltage. The supply voltage should be between 5.13 VDC and 5.17 VDC.
