      Lacing Machine -How to check 5V

      If the machine shuts down after a few minutes or CPU board gets overheated.

      Please follow a few steps.

      • Open the electrical panel on the right side at the top, you'll find a small aluminum box. Open the cover of the box and look for the power supply in the right side  

      •  Next, a multimeter is needed

      •  Check with the multimeter: place the red pin on +5V and the black pin on COM. Ensure that the multimeter is set to the correct setting, specifically the 20V range in DC voltage. The supply voltage should be between 5.13 VDC and 5.17 VDC. To confirm the exact voltage needed for the machine, consult with the HM Service engineer.
