Tyre mounting cosole FE- Even with the rim in the work area, the machine does not rise.

There are some points on the machine where it is possible to check if everything is in place. These points include two-part sensors and a pneumatic sensor exactly where the rim is placed.  Tests and checks should be performed with the machine on, that is, with the machine ready to receive a rim for operation.

1- This sensor should only be activated when the machine is able to lift the rim. With the rim in the upper position, the sensor should be triggered. Initially, it should be deactivated.

2- These are the start and end sensors of the machine's rotation. At startup, only the left-side sensor should be green/orange, and the other one should be green only.

3-Now, the most important sensor. Note that there is a metal rod that activates the pin of the pneumatic sensor. This rod must be aligned with the sensor pin; otherwise, the machine will not recognize that a rim has been clamped, and whenever the machine tries to lift the rim, it will open.
