Robot OT (DE): Screwdriver position not correct on nipple

First check for correct alignment of the screwdrivers to the nipples.

Radial Angle:

If this is not the solution, or the screwdrivers sometimes are misaligned, check for the spoke catchers. If they are worn, the distance is not correct anymore.
