Robot DTI (DT): Adjust height nipple hands

  • Select wheel W1 in “SELECT WHEEL” and press <MENU> to return to main menu.
  • Go via test to “TEST MACHINE SEQUENCE” and set the cursor in front of the

    line “STOP TURN WHEEL”.

  • Place wheel (W1) in the input rail.
  • Once Wheel had stopped, move cursor up to “INDEX WHEEL”
  • Press <F7> to move nipple hands in and adjust height of the nipple hands. The top of the nipple keys must be 5mm below the nipples (1).
  • Use bolts (2) to adjust. Do this for both sides.
  • Press <F7> to move nipple hands out.
  • Remove wheel by moving cursor up completely.
