Robot DE (OT): One screwdriver is not building torque

During the truing, only one side (or both) is not building torque so the wheel is rejected.

For example the left screwdriver is not building torque:
 

Load a wheel and wait till the robot is about to true the wheel. Press F1 to pause the process. Now press F4 to move the screwdrivers in and then F5 to move them to the nipple.

Now you can check by hand if the left screwdriver is able to reach the nipple.

You can also push the arm of the screwdriver down, remove the screwdriver and bring it on the nipple. Now with only the driver on the nipple, you can release the arm and check if the angles are correct.

If this point is correct, we have to check if the motor is able to build the correct torque. Go to <TEST> and then <TEST NIPPLE MOTORS>.

You can use a plier or something similar to lock the drive shaft, but be careful not to damage it!

If this is correct, good to test is the positioning of the driver. You can check it on the same page via the point <POSITIONING LEFT SCREWDRIVER>. Activate it by pressing <ENTER>.

Select F7 for the size of movement. Now press 4x in one direction, + or - .

After this, the screwdriver should turn 1 full revolution.

 

If the screwdriver is not turning, or not a complete revolution, please swap the drivers of both screwdrivers and check if the error "moves" to the other side.
