Robot DC- zero position of nipple hand

With assembled nipple hands, the zero position of the nipple keys can be tested and adjusted.


● Move the cursor to in front of:
"NIPPLEKEYS IN 0 POSITION" .
● Check if the open side of the
nipple key is aligned with the
open side of the nipple hand.
● To align the nipple key with the
nipple hand unscrew SCREW 01
and turn SENSING PLATE 02.


● Moving the cursor one line up
and down, the nipple keys will
rotate and stop at their zero position again.
● Repeat the adjustment until the
alignment is correct.
● Screw, SCREW 01 again and check the
zero position again.
In case adjusting of the zero position with
the SENSING PLATE 02 is not possible the
SENSOR CLAMPING RING 03 has to be
rotated.
● Place the SENSOR PLATE 02 in the
middle position.
● Unscrew the sensor clamping ring
by loosening the Bolt 04 and
rotate the SENSOR CLAMPING
RING in the needed direction.
● Screw the Bolt 04.
● Rotate the Nipple Motor to zero
again.
● Check if the zero position is
correct.
● Small corrections can be made
with rotating the SENSOR PLATE 02.
