# Hub Filling Station (NA): Push Cord is not going back

## When the Push Cord is not working correctly, got stuck outside and hissing air.

If the push cord doesn't properly engage the spoke or doesn't retract completely and hisses air, there could be a problem with the internal guide of the push cord. In this case, the internal seal should be checked. You will find this in the grey tube through which the push cord is guided.
