MJ-A Floorline - How to reset the emergency stop ( Safety sensor )

During the equipment installation, the safety sensors (yellow color) installed at the head and tail of the line were presented. These sensors are designed to prevent damage to the equipment in case a bicycle frame is left in the workstation.

When a risk condition is detected, the system automatically stops the machine operation, moves the safety cover, and interrupts all machine movements in order to protect the equipment and avoid further issues.

To restore the line operation, the sensor must be repositioned and aligned correctly again. On the bottom part of the sensor, there are three indicator lights: two orange and one green. When the sensor is properly aligned, all three lights should remain ON.

Once the sensors are properly aligned, the error message can be reset and the line can be started again.
