Easy cam lacer – Machine Identity Lost

If the machine identity is lost, the wheel files associated with that machine may no longer be available. This may be the reason why the wheel files have disappeared.

Each time the machine is started, certain information must be displayed on the screen, especially the machine identity.

If this information is not displayed, follow the steps below:

From the main menu, access menu 4 – Special

Once inside this menu, The following screen will be displayed.

Using the QWERTY keyboard, enter the password NA exactly as shown on the screen. Do not make any other changes; simply enter the password. No characters will be displayed while the password is being entered. If the password is entered correctly, the screen will automatically advance to the next page.

The machine identity number is the serial number shown on the metal identification plate attached to the machine. However, the number must be entered according to the following format:

  • If the serial number contains 6 digits, enter all six digits exactly as shown.
  • If the serial number contains 9 digits, enter only the first two digits, ignore all leading zeros, and then enter the remaining non-zero digits.

Example:

If the serial number is 200001112, enter 201112.

  • First two digits: 20
  • Ignore the zeros: 000
  • Remaining digits: 1112

The final machine identity entered on the screen must contain 6 digits: 201112.

After completing this procedure, press  emergency stop button to disable the machine. Release the emergency stop, then restart the machine. The machine identity number should now be displayed correctly.
