      Lacing ISL - Nipple block touching the rim

      Nipple block touching/scratches the rim

      To avoid the nipple block from getting stuck inside a nipple hole or touching/scratching the rim, you have to adjust the stroke limiter.

      • Program the machine with the highest rim profile you are running.

      • Place this rim and press F3 to clamp it.

      • Slide nipple block towards rim. Distance (1) must be min 4mm. Adjust distance with bolt (2). If necessary, move bracket with bolts (3). 

      In this case the adjustment is finished and the nipple block remains in front of the rim.
