Alignment of the spoke guide lever:
• Move screwdriver forward.
• Lower spoke guide.
• Adjust piston rod (1) to adjust angle of
spoke guide to 90°.
• Adjust space between buffer and plate (2)
to 1mm (to allow for fine adjustment
later).
• Adjust setting screw (3) in such a way,
that there is about 1mm play between
buffer and lever (4). When pushing spoke
guide (6), movement must be smooth.
• Adjust sensor (5) so, that it is ON when
pushing the spoke guide, and OFF when it
is released.
Alignment of the spoke guide unit in relation to the screwdriver:
• Put a nipple on the screwdriver.
• Unscrew lever (7) and slide spoke guide in
position until space between nipple and
chamber (1) is 1mm, then tighten lever
(7).
• Adjust height of spoke guide with bolts
(2) to align with nipple.
• Adjust spoke guide sideways with bolts
(4) to align with nipple. Arm must remain
in line with the screwdriver when
adjusting. Use front surface (5) as a
reference.
• When pushing the spoke guide, it must
release from the nipple (3) for about
1mm.
Alignment of the nipple filling station:
• Re-install filling station (1).
• Use bolts (2) to position filling station in 3
directions to allow adjustment jig (3)
(located on chain) to be inserted
smoothly.
• With valve “EJECT NIPPLE” activated, gap
between nipple block and filling station
(4) must be 0,5-1mm.
