* Motor Tilt
Press <START> and the motor should move downwards to the home position. The position of the limit switch is correct when the base plate of the screwdriver unit (2) is level with the upper beam of the machine frame (1) in the “MACHINE START POSITION”. To test, proceed as follows:
- Press 2x <MENU> to return to the main menu.
- Select menu <2> EDIT WHEEL.
- Press 3x <MENU>. The machine will move the stepper motors to the “MACHINE START POSITION”.
- Place the inclinometer on the upper beam of the frame (1) and reset it to 0°.
- Place the inclinometer on the screwdriver base plate (2) and check the angle. It must also be 0°.
- If this is not the case, adjust the limit switch accordingly.
- Move the cursor to the line ANGLE VERTICAL and press <START>. The motor will move to the home position and back.
- Check the angle again and, if necessary, repeat this procedure.
- Press <STOP> to exit the EDIT WHEEL menu.
- Grease the spindle on the grease nipple (3) while moving the motor up and down.
