Floorline MJ-A - How to identify failures
The machine was working normally and then stopped for no apparent reason.
Before any operation, and without pressing any button, only with the main circuit breaker switched ON, the machine PLC should start as shown below. Check all indicator lights.
Before pressing the reset button
Certain conditions must be met:
1- Safety sensors at the head and tail of the line must be aligned and show three visible lights:

2- All emergency buttons must be disengaged.
3- Check the position of the cycle switch; it must be set to ON.

If all these logical principles are followed and the machine still doesn't work, it is time for a more clinical analysis. It is recommended to test the signal from all buttons that enable the machine's start condition.
On PLC block A7 observe and press the following buttons:

Start switch

Reset switch
-
Lamps on
-
Cycle on/off

check if the lights in block A7 will turn on
On PLC block A5. check the emergency button
Emergency switch at the door

Check if the lights on PLC block A7, A5 will turn on; if any of them do not light up, there is likely a physical fault in this zone. Check all buttons and cabling.
