Tyre mouting console FE-C - Machine does not start after the Start button is pressed.

If the machine powers off immediately after the Start button is pressed.( For machines not equipped with a safety PLC)

1-  verify that compressed air from the facility is reaching the machine through the equipment air supply line. This can be confirmed by checking the pressure gauges and the machine's pneumatic indicators.

On Holland machines, compressed air is released only after the Start button is pressed. Therefore, the air supply must be verified manually by disconnecting the inlet air hose and confirming that compressed air is reaching the pneumatic manifold (air distribution block).

2- verify the adjustment of the pneumatic valve. The valve may have become misadjusted or may have been installed from another machine, requiring recalibration. Adjust the valve according to the valve adjustment procedure described in the service manual. 

3- Verify the safety circuit. Ensure that all emergency stop buttons, the Reset button, and the contactor are inspected and operating correctly. 

 If all of these conditions are verified and corrected as necessary, the issue may be resolved.
