Lacing ECL- Adjust eject nipple unit
Check if the bearing block of the nipple block guide rod (1) is aligned with the screwdriver.
• The nipple block must be perfectly vertical
underneath the screwdriver. This may not
change while screwdriver is moved
forward and backward. Use bolts (2) to
adjust when necessary.
Check position of nipple block.
• With screwdriver in backward position,
the distance measured from the front of
the nipple block to the needle must be
adjusted.
• Distance is 25mm.
• Unscrew both bolts (3) and move eject
stop buffer bracket in the desired position.
Make sure the unit is aligned when
tightening. Adjust eject cylinder.
• With screwdriver in backward position,
adjust the eject cylinder with bolts (4).
The rubber buffer (5) must slightly touch
the plate. Make sure the cylinder remains
parallel to the nipple block guide rod.
