Buffer Mode not responding

If you're facing some kind of problem like this:

The DB Robot doesn’t recognize which wheel the DF machine is processing. The robot buffer doesn’t show the next wheel, except when using one specific program. Enabling wheel identification and reteaching the wheels helps, but only temporarily, so we have to repeat this process often. We also need to keep buffer mode enabled all the time for it to work properly.

On the screen of DB, is the buffer mode active?
