Hub Filling Station NA A/B- Adjustment of the spoke hole position during auto mode.
If vibration or irregular movement is observed in one or more spoke inserters during automatic operation, the spoke hole indexing can be adjusted within defined limits via the software using the F4 key. These adjustments apply only to the hub currently being processed. If the required correction exceeds the limits available through the software, mechanical adjustment of the spoke inserter must be carried out. Refer to the MAINTENANCE section.
Proceed as follows:
. Press <F4>
The active inserter moves outward and a message is displayed on the screen.

. If “NO” is selected, the correction for the current inserter is skipped and the machine proceeds to the next inserter.
. If correction is required, select “YES”.
A subsequent message will then be displayed on the screen.
The hub rotation stepping motor is responsible for positioning the spoke hole in the vertical direction, while the portal stepping motor controls the horizontal alignment. The value “0” shown for both vertical and horizontal indicates the reference position of the hub rotation stepping motor and the portal stepping motor when the center of the spoke hole is aligned with the sensor beams. For vertical adjustments using the hub rotation stepping motor, a “-” sign indicates a downward correction, while a “+” sign indicates an upward correction. Adjustments can be made within a range from -5 to +10, in increments of 1. Each increment corresponds to approximately 0.1 mm. For horizontal adjustments, a “-” sign indicates a backward correction, while a “+” sign indicates a forward correction. Adjustments are performed in increments of 10, within a range from -100 to +100. Each step corresponds to approximately 0.1 mm.
. Position the “long spoke gauge”, supplied in the spare parts kit, over the spoke push rod and verify that it passes freely through the spoke hole. If required, adjust the spoke hole position.

Note:
For accurate verification, move the threaded end of the gauge back and forth several times while rotating it between the fingers and adjusting the values. Additionally, confirm that the spring clip pushes the long spoke gauge correctly through the inserter nozzle.
. Remove the “long spoke gauge”.
. Confirm by pressing <ENTER> once. Repeat the procedure for other inserters if necessary.
. Press <F4> once to exit.
Note:
The machine automatically returns to automatic mode after closing.
